Day 1: Nairobi - Masai Mara National Reserve
On arrival in Nairobi, you’ll be picked up early in the morning by the assigned professional tour guide/ driver, at the Jomo Kenyatta Airport, Standard Gauge Railway, or your preferred residential place and kick off the journey to Masai Mara via Nairobi-Mai Mahiu-Narok Road. On your way, you’ll have a stopover at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint, the travelers' church. Later in Narok town for another health break before checking in for lunch at Zebra Plains Mara Camp. After the lunch break, you’ll embark on an evening game drive presenting an opportunity to spot the Big Five and other wildlife from 4:00 pm– 6:30 pm EAT when you’ll be checking back for dinner and stayover.
During the game drive, you’ll be on the lookout for the different species of animals from the Big Five to the small five of Africa with the help of your assigned tour guides.

Day 2: Masai Mara National Reserve
You'll have breakfast by 7:00 am EAT and head out for a full-day game drive with picnic lunch boxes. This grants you an opportunity to spot more wildlife, you'll visit the border between Masai Mara National Reserve and Serengeti National Reserve, enjoy a picnic lunch in the bush, and experience the great wildebeest migration between July to September. After the full-day game drive, you’ll head back to the lodge for relaxation, dinner, and a sleepover.
The word Maasai Mara is derived from the word Mara meaning a plain land with small scattered bushes belonging to the Maasai people. It is the home of the African Big Five and is famously known for its captivating 7th Wonder of the World.

Day 3: Masai Mara - Lake Naivasha
After breakfast, you'll check out at 7:00 AM EAT. You'll drive to Maasai village where you’ll interact, learn, and participate in the local dances of the Maasai people. After this, you'll drive to Naivasha with short stopovers for a health break and check in at Sawela Lodges for a hot lunch. After the lunch break, you'll drive to Hell’s Gate for cycling and nature walks. Hell’s Gate is in the Great Rift Valley with beautiful scenery of the towering cliffs, water-gouged gorges, stark rock towers, scrub-clad volcanoes, and belching plumes of geothermal steam making it one of the most atmospheric parks in Africa. In the evening, you’ll drive back for dinner, relaxation, and an overnight stay.

Day 4: Naivasha - Nyeri
After breakfast, you'll check out by 7:00 pm EAT and head for a boat ride and a walk at the Crescent Island in Lake Naivasha. This is a private Island that rose to fame after the 1985 movie “Out of Africa” which showcased the beautiful nature of Lake Naivasha. The Island has plain terrains that are easy to hike and make walking around it less tedious and very interesting. It is after this, that you'll proceed on with your journey to Nyeri and check in for lunch at the Aberdare Country Club. Later on, you'll head for an afternoon game drive at Solio Game Reserve until 6:30 pm when you'll be checking back to the lodge for dinner and a sleepover.
Solio is the world's first private rhino sanctuary named after a Great Maasai Chief and best known for rhino conservation. It also holds some of the special six animals of Kenya eg (the Reticulated giraffes, Beisa oryx, and vulturine guineafowl) and a variety of bird species among other wildlife.

Day 5: Nyeri - Nairobi
You'll have breakfast, check out by 8:30 am EAT, and head to Kirinyaga town to visit the Thingira Cultural Village. Here you’ll get an opportunity to engage and interact with the locals who’ll enlighten you about the cultural values and beliefs of their community and their surrounding neighbors who form the Eastern Bantu Community. Later, you'll proceed to Nairobi and be dropped off at the airport, place of residence, or your preferred destination within Nairobi. This marks the end of the safari/ journey.
