Depart Nairobi in the morning and travel through the scenic Great Rift Valley towards the Masai Mara National Reserve.

Arrive at Ashnil Mara Camp for lunch before heading out for your first afternoon game drive.

Explore the Mara's open grasslands in search of elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest and the reserve's famous big cats.

As the sun begins to set, return to camp for dinner and your first night in the Mara wilderness.
