Super experience in Kenya. We visited three different regions, including safari and beach stays. Silas planned the entire itinerary meticulously to match our preferences, and coordinated really well with service providers. Felix was an outstanding driver and guide—highly skilled, knowledgeable, calm, and attentive throughout the journey. His driving made long distances comfortable, and the stops were well thought out. Overall, the experience was really well organised and memorable.

Lorine shared all booking vouchers,checked in consistently throughout the journey, ensured a smooth check in, called in to check during stay and at check out !!! Very professional.

Had a great experience with Extra Miles - every step of the process went extremely smooth and staff was extremely helpful. Immediately from when we started the booking process, it was an extremely pleasant experience. My family and I worked with Silas to book a safari experience at Maasai Mara and he was extremely knowledgeable about all of the available options and helped to answer any questions that we had. He helped us with every step of the process, even coordinating a ride from the airport to the hotel before starting the safari. He was extremely professional and helpful. The morning of we started the safari, Silas, Melisa, and Felix came to the hotel to greet us and brief us on the experience. After a warm welcome, we headed on the road to Maasai Mara with Felix. The drive was extremely comfortable and the car had plenty of water and seats that reclined, so we were able to get some rest. Upon arriving at the Mara, the entry was very smooth and we enjoyed a great lunch! Felix was extremely knowledgeable about everything and took time to explain details about everything, including the big animals, birds, plants, and even smaller animals (like jackals and warthogs). During the actual safari, we saw plenty of animals, including many lions, a cheetah, elephants, giraffes, and so much else! We also opted to do the balloon safari, which was an amazing experience, and I would highly recommend to those interested. Felix provided us with a smooth transfer to our destination after the safari as well. The hospitality from the whole team - especially Melisa, Silas, and Felix - was absolutely incredible. I would highly recommend!!

Extra miles organized a 30 day trip for us that included summiting mt Kenya, a safari in Masai Mara, an excursion to Rwanda and stays in Nairobi and resorts in Diani and Mombasa. Joseph did an amazing job organizing everything (flights, hotels, drives, guides) and the experience was seamless! We felt completely safe and in experienced hands at all times!
Shout out to Melissa for running such a great team, Joseph as an amazing organizer who truly went the extra mile for us, Eric as an amazing guide on Safari and Joseph (2) as a super mountain guide.
We will definitely take another trip with extra miles in the future and highly recommended them for a fun, rewarding and safe experience.
