Day 1: Nairobi National Park
You’ll be picked up early in the morning around 0600 Hrs EAT and proceed to Nairobi National Park for an early game drive. You might spot several wildlife e.g. the big four (rhino, lion, leopard, and buffalo) among many more animals like Zebras, giraffes, different species of birds, and other wildlife cats. Formerly known as Royal Park, it was gazetted in 1946 as the first National Park in Kenya as Rhino Sanctuary. It hosts other attractions such as the Ivory burning site erected as a symbol of commitment by the Kenyan Government to combat poaching. After the exploration of Nairobi National Park, you’ll also visit the Giraffe Center which is within the vicinity of the Park to feed the African-endangered Rothchild Giraffes, take photos, and kiss them if you wish. After the activities, you’ll break for lunch at Carnivore Restaurant at 1230Hrs EAT. Thereafter, you’ll be dropped back at your preferred location by 1400 hours EAT. This will mark the end of your Nairobi Excursion.
