"I booked a 10-day tour with Extra Miles Adventures for my group in August, and overall, we had a great experience. The itinerary, which covered both Kenya and Tanzania, was well planned and offered a good balance of adventure and relaxation. One aspect I appreciated was the company’s flexibility. When our group encountered some unexpected issues, they were quick to adjust the itinerary and resolve the problems smoothly, which really showed their commitment to customer service. They also provided a guide who could speak basic Chinese, which was a nice touch and made communication easier for our group. The price was slightly higher than I initially expected. But given that the trip was during the peak season, I thought it was still reasonable."

"Simon was our awesome driver. He is a careful driver when we have to zip between cities on 6 hours drives --- felt very safe with him. He is also very safe on the bumpy safari rides. He is also always working to help us catch the best views, he is thinking ahead for us to get the best viewings! Very safe, and also we had a good experience! Thank you Extra Miles!"

"We visited Masai Mara in Aug ‘24. We had a 2.5 yrs old with us and were sceptical about how we would manage but Silas, Fred and team made it a breeze. We had a blast from reception at airport to game drives to sundowner to drop off - it’s trip of a lifetime. Appreciate their flexibility in modifying the plan, taking care of special requests at hotels. In hindsight we missed Mara triangle but there will always be room for improvement looking back. Overall I would recommend my friends and family to go with them anytime."
